My experience with Greg has been nothing less than superb. From day 1(2015) to now 2020, 5 years later. He educated me on how his business worked and guided me every step of the way with no hesitation. I had to relocate 5 years ago and wasn’t in a place to sell my home at that time. Greg stepped in and took all my stress and frustration away. He took over leasing my home out for me, finding the right candidate for the last 5 years. Over the last few years he’s done some repairs and replace some things so that the house could be sellable. It’s bittersweet as I typed this because as of today, Greg has sold my home. We had a great experience with Greg, despite the fact that he ultimately decided that our house in Wilmington was not a good fit for the Campbell Home Solutions program. He was straight with us, taking the time to walk us through the issues that were making our home hard to sell. He then pointed us in a different direction that proved to be just the right course of action. We followed his advice and ended up selling our house in less than 2 weeks! You can’t go wrong speaking with Greg. Either he’ll get you into his program, or he’ll tell you what he would recommend you do as an alternative.
